3 Tassen Kartoffelpüree
1 Tasse Kartoffelmehl
etwas kochendes Wasser

Füllen Sie das Kartoffelpüree und das Mehl in einen Kochtopf und verrühren Sie beide
Zutaten mit kaltem Wasser. Dann würzen Sie den Topfinhalt mit Salz und erhitzen ihn bei
mittlerer Temperatur, bevor Sie unter ständigem Rühren mit einem Schneebesen kochendes
Wasser unter Rühren, bis die Masse eine weiche Konsistenz annimmt, die jedoch
gleichzeitig noch steif ist.

Diesen Ersatz für Fufu können Sie verwenden, wenn Sie Maniok, Süßkartoffel, Cocoyams
oder Yams in Europa nicht bekommen.
