Rezept für eine kleine Form

Menge: 1 Portion

100 Gramm Reismehl
100 Gramm Buchweizenmehl
4 Gramm Backpulver
100 Gramm braunen Zucker
50 Milliliter Rapsöl
90 Milliliter Sojamilch (Sojadrink) alternativ auch Reismilch, oder was man mag
3 Esslöffel Chiasamen, 120 Minuten in Wasser aufgequollen
75 Gramm Walnüsse, gemahlen
1 großer Apfel, in Stückchen geschnitten (Boskop)
½ Teelöffel Zimt

Außerdem:
ein Holzstäbchen (für die Stäbchenprobe)

Sieben Sie die Mehle mit dem Backpulver und dem braunen Zucker in eine Schüssel, geben
Sie das Rapsöl unter Rühren dazu und fügen Sie die Sojamilch sowie die Chiasamen hinzu. Danach spülen Sie den Apfel mit kaltem Wasser ab, reiben ihn kurz mit einem sauberen Geschirrtuch trocken und geben den Apfel mit in die Schüssel. Anschließend würzen Sie den Kuchen noch mit etwas Zimt, vermengen ihn noch einmal und fügen eventuell noch etwas Sojamilch hinzu.

Dann füllen Sie den Teig in eine kleine Form und backen den Kuchen bei 175 Grad Celsius (Umluft/Heißluft) etwa 30 Minuten.

Während des Backens machen Sie bitte eine Stäbchenprobe, die hilft bei der Entscheidung,
ob der Kuchen fertig ist.

Zum Schluss holen Sie den Kuchen aus dem Backofen, lassen ihn kurz abkühlen und servieren das Gebäck Ihren Gästen.
