8 Stk. Mairübchen Teltower Rübchen,geschält,in Stifte geschnitten
Vanillesalz
Pfeffer aus der Mühle weiß
Muskatnuss frisch gerieben
Butter

2 Prise Zucker
Bärlauchbutter

Mairüben in Salzwasser für ca.4 Minuten blanchieren und in Eiswasser abschrecken.
In aufgeschäumter heißer Butter die Rübchen in einer Pfanne schwenken. Mit Vanillesalz,
Pfeffer und Muskat würzen. Ein Esslöffel Bärlauchbutter einrühren und als Beilage zu
gebratenem Fisch oder Schweineschnitzel servieren.
