Rohkostsalat mit Mairübchen
Für 4 Portionen, Zubereitungszeit: ca. 20 Minuten, 128 kcal/Portion

3 Mairüben
1%2 Bund Schnittlauch
150g Joghurt
100 ,l Sahne
0,5 EL Honig
1 El Saft
Zitrone

Zum Servieren
2 Kopfsalate und 2 Bagutette

Salz & Pfeffer

Mairübchen putzen, schälen und in sehr feine Scheiben hobeln, dann salzen und beiseitestellen.
Einen halben Bund Schnittlauch in feine Röllchen schneiden. Mit Joghurt, der Sahne und dem Honig Honig,
sowie dem Saft und einem halben Tl abgeriebener Schale von einer halben Biozitrone verrühren. Mit Salz und
Pfeffer würzen. Navette trocken tupfen und im Dressing wenden. Mit Kopfsalat und Baguette servieren.
