300 Gramm Nuss-Nougat-Creme, vegan
100 Gramm Zartbitterschokolade, vegan
2 Esslöffel, gestrichen Sojamehl
4 Esslöffel Wasser
50 Milliliter Wasser
120 Gramm weißes Mehl
½ Teelöffel, gestrichen Tafelsalz
150 Gramm Walnüsse
etwas Puderzucker

Außerdem:
etwas Backpapier

Schmelzen Sie die Schokolade im Wasserbad.

Dann geben Sie die Walnüsse in eine große Pfanne ohne Öl, sieben etwas Puderzucker darauf und schalten die Kochstelle auf hohe Hitzezufuhr damit der Zucker schmilzt und karamellisiert. Nun müssen Sie die Zutaten umrühren und danach die Pfanne von der Kochstelle nehmen (Vorsicht, die Nüsse brennen leicht an!).

Danach heizen Sie den Backofen auf 175 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) beziehungsweise bei Umluft auf 160 Grad vor.

Nun rühren Sie in einer Tasse das Sojamehl mit den 4 Esslöffel Wasser an. Anschließend geben Sie die Nuss-Nugat-Creme, die geschmolzene Schokolade, das angerührte Sojamehl sowie die 50 Milliliter Wasser in eine Schüssel und verrühren es mit einem Rührgerät. Das Mehl und das Tafelsalz geben Sie jetzt hinzu und verrühren alles zu einem glatten Teig.

Dann legen Sie eine kleine, eckige Backform (etwa 28 x 18 Zentimeter) mit Backpapier aus. Legen Sie bitte erst die Walnüsse hinein, dann gießen Sie den Teig hinein und streichen ihn glatt. Danach backen Sie den Teig etwa 20 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen.

Nach der Backzeit nehmen Sie die Brownies herausnehmen, lassen sie auskühlen und schneiden sie zum Schluss in Rechtecke.

Unser Tipp:
Studien zeigen, dass zu viel Salz im Essen ungesund ist - zu wenig kann aber auch schädlich sein. Die deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE) empfiehlt täglich sechs Gramm Salz, was etwa einem Teelöffel entspricht, oder gar die fünf Gramm, zu denen die Weltgesundheitsorganisation rät!
