3 EL Chiasamen
etwas Zimt
einige Heidelbeeren
etwas Butter, oder Kokosöl

Bananen mit einer Gabel gut zerdrücken, dann mit den Eiern und den Chia-Samen vermengen.
Die Butter oder das Kokosöl in die Pfanne geben und auf mittlerer Hitze erhitzen.
Die Masse in die Pfanne geben und von beiden Seiten anbraten.

Unser Tipp:
Minipfannkuchen machen, da sie einfacher zu wenden sind. Man kann auch Blaubeeren in die Masse
dazugeben und mit anbraten. Nutella, Marmelade oder Ahornsirup und Puderzucker schmecken super dazu.
