Asiatisches Gemüse

Menge: 4 Portionen

1 Stange Lauch
1 Rote Paprikaschote
2 Mittelgroße Möhren
200 g Sojabohnenkeime
200 g Austernpilze
1 Chilischote
4 Pflanzencreme (z.B. Biskin)
3 Sojasauce
100 g Glasnudeln

Lauch und Paprikaschote in feine Streifen, Möhren in Stifte schneiden. Austernpilze halbieren, Chilischote entkernen und in Ringe schneiden.

Pflanzencreme in einer Pfanne erhitzen und zunächst Chilischote und Austernpilze darin anbraten. Möhren und Paprikaschote zufügen und bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 5 Min. garen.

Zum Schluß Sojabohnenkeime und Lauch unterheben und weitere 5 Min. garen, mit Sojasauce abschmecken.

Glasnudeln nach Anweisung zubereiten. Das Gemüse darauf anrichten uns servieren.
