1 Blatt Chicoree
20 Gramm Honigmelone
1 Esslöffel Apfelessig (siehe Tipp)
1 Esslöffel Distelöl
1 Prise Zucker
1 Prise Pfeffer
1 Prise Tafelsalz
1 Esslöffel gehackten Kerbel
1 Esslöffel geröstete Sunnenblumkerne

Schneiden Sie das Gemüse und die Melone in gleichgroße Stücke und marinieren Sie beides in einer Schüssel mit Distelöl, Apfelessig, Zucker, Pfeffer und Tafelsalz. Beim Anrichten bestreuen Sie den Salat mit dem gehacktem Kerbel und den Sonnenblumenkernen.
