1 1/2 Zwiebel(n)
3 Knoblauchzehe(n)
Balsamico Essig
Öl
Pfeffer und Salz
3 Teelöffel Basilikum, getrocknet

Bild

Tomaten und die Zwiebel klein schneiden, die Knoblauchzehe fein durchpressen
oder schneiden. Alles in eine Schüssel geben (villeicht mit Saft von den Tomaten),
pfeffern und salzen, Basilikum dazu geben. Dann mit Balsamico Essig und Öl
beträufeln und gut durch mischen.

Wir persönlich nehmen ziemlich viel Öl, bestimmt 5 Esslöffel auf 2 Tomaten und 2 Esslöffel Essig,
aber wir liebe die Soße ! Dazu ein frisches Baguette oder getoastetes Weißbrot.

Arbeitszeit: etwa 10 Minuten
