Menge: 2 Portionen

4 Esslöffel Leinsamen
200 Milliliter Mandelmilch oder sonstige Pflanzenmilch
etwas braunen Zucker oder Agavendicksaft oder Honig

Außerdem:
etwas Frischhaltefolie

Schroten Sie die Leinsamen grob in einem Mörser und mischen Sie die Mandelmilch ein. Dann decken Sie die Leinsamen mit der Folie ab und lassen sie über Nacht im Kühlschrank quellen.

Am nächsten Morgen rühren Sie die Leinsamen mit einem Esselöffel um, bei Bedarf könne Sie auch noch etwas Milch dazugeben, falls der Pudding zu fest ist. Gesüßt wird der Pudding vor dem Servieren mit braunem Zucker oder Agavendicksaft.
