150 Gramm Weißkohl
etwas Jodsalz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
etwas Muskatnuss
etwas Sojasauce
1 Zwiebel
75 Gramm Sojagranulat oder Sojaschnetzel
½ Liter Wasser
1 Esslöffel, gestrichen Gemüsebrühe (Instant)
2 Esslöffel Olivenöl
1 Esslöffel Kräuter, zum Beispiel Schnittlauch, Petersilie oder Kräutermix, getrocknet, frisch oder TK

Gießen Sie zuerst das Sojagranulat in einer Schüssel mit der Gemüsebrühe auf lassen Sie es mindestens 5 Minuten einweichen.

Dann ziehen Sie die Zwiebeln ab, schneiden sie in Würfel, erhitzen das Olivenöl in einer tiefen Pfanne oder Topf und dünsten die Zwiebelwürfel glasig. Danach fügen Sie das eingeweichte Sojagranulat hinzu und braten die Zutaten zusammen mindestens 10 Minuten auf mittlerer Hitze.

Während des Bratens vierteln Sie den Weißkohl, schneiden ihn in Streifen und spülen Sie den Weißkohl mit kaltem Wasser ab bevor Sie ihn in einem Sieb gut abtropfen lassen. Anschließend geben Sie den Weißkohl zu dem Sojagranulat in die Pfanne und braten die Zutaten nach einem kurzen Durchrühren mit einem Kochlöffel etwa 10 Minuten auf mittlerer Hitze weiter. Je nach Geschmack können Sie noch ein bisschen Wasser hinzufügen. So entsteht übrigens ein Sud/eine Sauce. Danach schmecken Sie das Gericht nach eigenem Geschmack mit Jodsalz, Pfeffer, Sojasoße und Muskatnuss ab und geben die Kräuter hinzu. Dann lassen Sie das Gericht noch 5 Minuten bei niedriger Stufe köcheln bevor Sie es auf vorgewärmten flachen Tellern anrichten und Ihren Gästen servieren.

Unser Tipp:
Optional können Sie noch Kartoffeln als Beilage servieren, das Gericht schmeckt aber auch so ziemlich köstlich.
