Frühstück mit Kaki

Menge: 2 Portionen

2 Kakis
400 Gramm Sojajoghurt (Joghurtalternative)
4 Esslöffel, gestrichen Haferflocken
einige Sultaninen
etwas Zimt
2 Esslöffel, gehäuft Kürbiskerne

Spülen Sie die Kakis mit kaltem Wasser ab, reiben Sie sie mit einem sauberen Geschirrtuch trocken und schneiden Sie die Kaki Früchte je nach Größe in vier oder acht Teile. Danach schneiden Sie die harten Fruchtblätter leicht weg. Den Siel (= Stunk) schneiden Sie bitte ebenfalls weg.

Nun geben Sie die Kakis in eine Schale, geben Obendrauf den Sojajoghurt, die Haferflocken, die Sultaninen und die Kürbiskerne. Anschließend bestreuen Sie das Frühstück mit Zimt und servieren es Ihren Gästen in kleinen Schälchen.
