Spargel mit Putenschnitzel (vegan)

Menge: 4 Portionen

500 Gramm grüner Spargel
4 vegane Schnitzel (zum Beispiel aus Soja oder Seitan)
2 Esslöffel Nusssöl
1 Teelöffel Knoblauchpulver
1/2 Teelöffel Zwiebelpulver
etwas Salz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle

Außerdem:
ein paar Zitronenscheiben zum Servieren
eventuell noch etwas Nussöl

Schneiden Sie die unteren und holzigen Enden des Spargels mit einem Gemüsemesser ab, spülen Sie den Spargel kurz mit kaltem Wasser ab und lassen Sie ihn in einem groben Sieb gut abtropfen.

Dann vermischen Sie das Olivenöl, Knoblauchpulver, Zwiebelpulver, etwas Salz und Pfeffer in einer Schüssel und legen die Schnitzel in die Gewürzmischung zum Marinieren ca. 10 Minuten ein.

Nebenbei heizen Sie bitte eine Grillpfanne oder den Grill vor.

Dann braten Sie den Spargel in der heißen Pfanne oder auf dem Grill für ca. 5 Minuten braten, bis er weich und leicht gebräunt ist.

Danach braten Sie die Schnitzel auf dem Grill oder in der Pfanne mit 2 Esslöffel erhitzem Nussöl für ca. 5-7 Minuten pro Seite braten, bis die Schnitzel goldbraun und durchgegart sind.

Anschließend verteilen Sie den Spargel und die Schnitzel auf vorgewärmten Tellern, garnieren das Gericht mit den Zitronenscheiben und servieren es Ihren Gästen.

Wir servieren dieses Gericht immer mit einer Beilagen wie Kartoffeln oder Reis servieren.
