Menge: 1 Portion

2 Esslöffel Balsamico, weißer
1 Esslöffel Senf (Dijonsenf oder milder Senf)
2 Esslöffel Ahornsirup
1 Zehe Knoblauch

Außerdem:
etwas Frischhaltefolie

Ziehen Sie den Knoblauch ab und schneiden Sie ihn sehr fein (nicht pressen!). Danach vermischen Sie den Knoblauch in einer Schüssel gut mit den restlichen Zutaten.

Am besten lassen Sie das Dressing bis zum Verzehr etwa 2 Stunden mit der Folie abgedeckt im Kühlschrank durchziehen. Es hält sich übrigens auch ein paar Tage im Kühlschrank oder ist sofort verzehrbar.
