500 Gramm Kürbisfleisch (Hokkaido)
3 Äpfel (Boskop
1 Esslöffel Zucker
1 Esslöffel Rum
60 Gramm Margarine
100 Gramm gehackte Mandeln
1 Teelöffel Zimt (optimal)

Schneiden Sie das Kürbisfleisch in Würfel, schälen Sie die Äpfel, schneiden Sie sie ebenfalls in Würfel und schichten Sie die beiden Zutaten in eine Auflaufform.

Dann streuen Sie den Zucker über die Äpfel und träufeln den Rum darüber.

Danach verteilen Sie Margarine Flöckchen über den Auflauf und backen ihn im Backofen bei 200 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) für etwa 30 Minuten.

Die gehackten Mandeln streuen Sie zum Schluss über den fertigen Auflauf, geben eventuell etwas Zimt darüber und servieren das Gericht Ihren Gästen auf vorgewärmten Tellern.
