240 Gramm Bohnen, weiße, entspricht 1 Dose abgetropft
1 Teelöffel Bohnenkraut
40 Gramm Erdnussmus, ungesalzen
2 Esslöffel Backkakao
1 Esslöffel Süßstoff oder 3 Esslöffel Zucker
1 Paket Vanillezucker
etwas Tafelsalz

Geben Sie alle Zutaten in einen Mixer oder pürieren Sie sie gut mit einem Pürierstab.

Dann füllen Sie die Mousse in Dessertschalen oder in ein Glas als Schokoaufstrich ab.

Dieses Dessert hält sich mit Folie abgedeckt im Kühlschrank etwa 1 Woche.
