Menge: 6 Portionen

1 Becher Crème fine
1 Portion veganen Quark
1 Portion veganer Käse Frisch Art (siehe Tipps)
3 Paprikaschoten, rot, gelb, grün
200 Gramm Veganer Käse Gouda-Art, gerieben (siehe Tipps)
nach eigenem Belieben Brokkoli
nach eigenem Belieben Zwiebeln, rot
nach eigenem Belieben Baguettes oder Baguettebrötchen zum Aufbacken

Außerdem:
etwas Backpapier

Für den Belag verrühren Sie als erstes die Creme fine, den veganen Quark (siehe Tipps ) und den veganen Käse Frisch Art (siehe Tipps) miteinander.

Dann halbieren Sie die Paprikaschoten, entfernen den Strunk, die Scheidewände sowie die Kerne und spülen die Schoten gründlich aus. Danach werden die Würfel bitte in kleine Würfel geschnitten. Anschließend ziehen die Zwiebeln ab, halbieren sie und schneiden die Zwiebelhälften in Ringe. Den Brokkoli trennen Sie danach von den Röschen, spülen ihn mit kaltem Wasser ab und zerkleinern ihn.

Jetzt vermengen Sie alle Zutaten, bis auf den veganen Käse, in einer Schüssel miteinander. Wenn Sie mögen, können Sie den veganen Käse auch gleich mit in die Schüssel geben. Die Masse sollte möglichst streichfest sein.

Dann schneiden Sie die Baguettes oder Baguettebrötchen auf und legen beide Hälften auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech. Danach bestreichen Sie sie mit dem Belag und streuen den veganen Käse. Nebenbei heizen Sie bitte den Backofen auf 180 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) vor, schieben die Baguettes auf der mittleren Schiene in den Backofen und backen sie etwa 15-18 Minuten goldbraun.

Als Beilage empfehlen wir einen gemischten Salat.
