1 Kopf Weißkohl
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
etwas Muskatnuss
etwas Sojasauce
2 Zwiebeln
150 Gramm Sojagranulat oder Sojaschnetzel
1 Liter Wasser
2 Esslöffel, gestrichen Gemüsebrühe (Instant)
eventuell Olivenöl
2 Esslöffel Kräuter, zum Beispiel Schnittlauch, Petersilie oder Kräutermix, getrocknet, frisch oder Tiefkühl

Gießen Sie zuerst das Sojagranulat mit der Gemüsebrühe auf und lassen Sie das Granulat mindestens fünf Minuten einweichen.

Währenddessen ziehen Sie die Zwiebeln ab, schneiden sie in Würfel und braten sie in einem Topf mit dem heißem Olivenöl an. Wenn die Zwiebeln glasig sind, geben Sie das eingeweichte Sojagranulat hinzu und braten alles zusammen mindestens 10 Minuten.

Dann schneiden Sie den geputzten Weißkohl in Streifen und spülen ihn mit kaltem Wasser in einem Sieb ab.

Danach geben Sie den Weißkohl zu dem Sojagranulat und braten die Zutaten gute 10 Minuten auf mittlerer Hitzezufuhr weiter. Je nach Geschmack können Sie noch ein bisschen Wasser hinzufügen, so entsteht ein Sud/eine Soße. Jetzt schmecken Sie die Zutaten nach Geschmack mit Tafelsalz, Pfeffer, Sojasoße sowie Muskatnuss ab und geben die Kräuter hinzu. Anschließend lassen Sie alles noch 5 Minuten bei niedriger Stufe köcheln.

Optional können Sie noch Kartoffeln als Beilage reichen (das Gericht schmeckt aber auch so sehr gut).
