Zwiebeln wuerfeln, Moehre fein reiben. In dem Bratfett der Auberginen
die Zwiebelwuerfel und die kleingeriebene Moehre duensten. Tomatenmark
und etwas Wasser zugiessen, aufkochen, abschmecken und ueber die
Auberginen giessen.
