1 bn Suppengemüse (450 g)
2 Zwiebeln (100 g)
1 Knoblauchzehe
20 g Butter oder Margarine
1 l Brühe (Instant)
2 pk Grüne Bohnen TK (à 300g)
Salz
Pfeffer
Bohnenkraut
4 Kochwürste (à 100g)
150 g Créme fraîche

Kartoffeln waschen, schälen. Suppengemüse putzen, waschen. Beides in
mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Zwiebeln und Knoblauchzehe abziehen,
fein würfeln. Kartoffeln, Gemüse, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch im heißen
Fett andünsten. Brühe und Bohnen zufügen. Würzen. Alles ca. 20
Minuten garen. Wurst in Scheiben schneiden, kurz mit erwärmen. Créme
fraîche unterrühren. Abschmecken. Nach Wunschmit Selleriegrün
garnieren.
