Blumenkohlsuppe mit Kerbel

Menge: 4 Portionen

1 Blumenkohl, mittelgross
50 g Butter
1 l Huehnerbruehe
; Salz
; Schwarzer Pfeffer
4 tb Sahne
3 tb Kerbel, gehackt

Brechen Sie den Blumenkohl in kleine Roeschen, die gruendlich gewaschen und
in kleine Stuecke geschnitten werden. Erhitzen Sie die Butter in einem Topf
und schwenken Sie den Blumenkohl einige Minuten darin, bevor sie die heisse
Bruehe angiessen. Bringen Sie die Suppe zum Kochen und lassen Sie sie
zugedeckt etwa 20 Minuten leise koecheln. Dann wird sie im Mixer pueriert,
nochmals in den Topf geleert und erneut erhitzt. Mit Salz und Pfeffer
abschmecken und die Sahne unterruehren. Mit Kerbel bestreuen.
