Buchweizensuppe (Vollwert)

Menge: 4 Portionen

200 g Gemuese (z.B. Moehren,
--Blumenkohl, Sellerie)
1 tb Sonnenblumenoel;evtl. mehr
6 tb Buchweizen; gemahlen (60g)
1 l Sunbolbruehe
;Meersalz
Petersilie
Liebstoeckl

Das Buchweizenschrot im heissen Topf ohne Fettzugabe einige Minuten leicht
darren (dabei umruehren!). Das Gemuese waschen, schaelen , in kleine Wuerfel
schneiden oder in feine Streifen raspeln. Dann (evtl. kurz kochen) in dem
Fett anduensten und zum Buchweizen geben. Die kalte Sunbolbruehe unter
umruehren dazugiessen, aufkochen und 5-10 Minuten ausquellen lassen. Die
Suppe mit Meersalz, gewaschener, kleingehackter Petersilie und Liebstoeckl
wuerzen und mit Petersilie bestreuen.

Anmerkung: Leider kann ich keine Angaben ueber
"SUNBOLBRUEHE" machen. Ich vermute, man bekommt sie im Reformhaus.
