Crostini con pomodori e Ruccola

Menge: 4 Portionen

400 g Reife Fleischtomaten
3 Knoblauchzehen
1 Handvoll Ruccola-Blaetter
4 Esslöffel Mandel-Parmesan; gerieben
Majoran-Blaettchen; frisch
4 Scheibe Weissbrot
Salz
Pfeffer

Tomaten kurz in kochendes Wasser tauchen, enthaeuten, vierteln und
entkernen, das Fruchtfleisch durch ein Sieb streichen und etwas abtropfen
lassen.

Das Tomatenpueree mit fein gehacktem Knoblauch, Ruccola-Blaettern,
Majoran, Salz, Pfeffer und geriebenem Mandel-Parmesan (siehe Tipp)
mischen. Auf getoastete Weissbrotscheiben verteilen und in ca. 10 Minuten
gut ueberbacken.
