Erdnussbällchen, Kulikuli (Nigeria)

500 g Ungesalzene Erdnuesse
1 Zwiebel; gehackt
Cayennepfeffer
;Salz
Erdnussoel

Die Erdnuesse ohne Oel roesten. In einen Mixer geben und mit etwas
Oel zerkleinern, bis eine glatte Masse entsteht. Herausnehmen und
ueberschuessiges Oel auspressen bzw. abschoepfen.

Etwas Oel erhitzen und die Zwiebel darin glasig braten. Zur
Erdnussmasse geben, mit Cayennepfeffer und Salz abschmecken, gut
durchmischen. Aus der Masse Baellchen formen.

Reichlich Oel erhitzen und die Baellchen 3 Minuten darin frittieren.
Herausnehmen und auf Kuechenpapier kurz abtropfen lassen. Heiss
servieren.
