250 g Kartoffeln
1 Stange Porree
200 g Champignons
1 Zwiebel
50 g Butter
Salz
Pfeffer
gemahlener Ingwer
1 l Hühnerbrühe
2 tb gehackter Kerbel
125 g süße Sahne
Muskat

Kartoffeln in Scheiben, Porree in Ringe, Champignons feinblättrig
schneiden. Einige Champignonscheiben beiseite legen. Zwiebel hacken
Butter schmelzen, Zwiebel, Kartoffeln, Porree und Champignons
darin andünsten, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Ingwer würzen. Brühe auffüllen,
ankochen und 20 Minuten fortkochen.

Suppe mit dem Mixstab pürieren. Kerbel hinzufügen und mit Sahne
binden, mit Muskat abschmecken. Mit restlichen Champignonscheiben
garniert servieren.
