Fingerfood - Gefüllte Käsekrapfen

3/4 l Milch
1 Spur Salz
30 g Butter
75 g Mehl
2 Eier
250 g Emmentaler, gerieben
Pergamentpapier
Butterschmalz zum Fritieren
Kuechenkrepp

1. Milch, Salz und Butter zum Kochen bringen. Mehl unter Ruehren
einstreuen. Bei geringer Hitze quellen lassen.
2. Brei etwas abkuehlen lassen, dann ein Ei unter Ruehren zugeben. Das
zweite Ei mit dem Kaese unterheben.
3. Masse in eine Spritztuete fuellen, kleine Krapfen auf
Pergamentpapier spritzen. Butterschmalz erhitzen und die Krapfen
portionsweise hineingeben. Goldbraun ausbacken und auf Krepp
entfetten.
