150 g Frischer Fisch; zerkleinert
-- und gesalzen
150 g Getrockneter Fisch
-- eingeweicht, zerkleinert
8 Okraschoten; zerkleinert
2 Tomaten; gehackt
1 Zwiebel; gehackt
1 sm Rote Chilischote; geputzt,
-- entkernt, zerdrückt
;Salz
;Pfeffer
2 tb Palmöl
5 dl ;Wasser

Tomaten, Zwiebel, Chili und Wasser in einen Topf geben, salzen und
pfeffern, Palmöl dazugeben und zehn Minuten kochen lassen. Die
Fischstücke dazugeben und bei geöffnetem Topf kochen. Okra
dazugeben, rühren und ca. zehn Minuten köcheln lassen. Heiß
servieren.
