200 g Weiße Bohnen, getrocknet
1 1/2 l Wasser
250 g Brechbohnen
2 Rote Paprikaschoten
2 Zucchini
2 Kartoffeln
1 Zwiebel
1 (270g) Rote Kidney-Bohnen
Salz + schw. Pfeffer a.d.M.
1/2 Basilikum, getrocknet
1 Gekörnte Brühe(Instant)
4 Tomaten
4 Knoblauchzehen
1 Tomatenmark
8 Olivenöl
4 Weißbrot
100 g Greyerter-Käse

Die getrockneten Bohnen mit Wasser bedeckt über Nacht einweichen. Dann
abgießen und mit kaltem Wasser aufkochen. Das andere Gemüse putzen und
waschen. Brechbohnen in ca. 3cm große Stücke brechen. Paprika, Zucchini,
Kartoffeln und die Zwiebeln grob würfeln. Rote Bohnen auf dem Sieb
abtropfenlassen. Das Gemüse zu den Bohnen geben. Salz, Pfeffer, Basilikum
und gekörnte Brühe zufügen. Alles einmal aufkochen und weitere 45 Min.
garen.

In der Zwischenzeit die Tomaten überbrühen, häuten, sechsteln und
entkernen. Knoblauch schälen und zusammen 1/4 der Tomaten pürieren.
Tomatenmark unterrühren und 3/4 des Öls tropfenweise unterschlagen. Die
Sosse salzen und pfeffern.

Weißbrot in Stücke brechen und im restlichen Öl goldbraun braten. Käse
feinreiben. Die restlichen Tomaten kurz vor Ende der Garzeit in die Suppe
geben. Suppe mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Mit Knoblauchsosse,
geröstetem Brot und Käse zum Darüberstreuen servieren.
