Menge: 4 Portionen

200 g junger Montasio (oder
-Provolone)
100 g reifer Montasio (oder
-Provolone)
1 Zwiebel, in dünne Ringe
-geschnitten
3 tb Butter
Salz
Pfeffer

1. Beide Käsesorten reiben.

2. Zwiebel in der zerlassenen heißen Butter goldbraun andünsten. Dann den
Käse hinzugeben. Wenn der reife Montasio zu mild ist, mit Salz nachwürzen.
Mit Pfeffer abschmecken.

3. Sobald die Käsemasse auf der Unterseite knusprig ist, wie ein Omelett
wenden und auf der anderen Seite braten.

Wer es lieber ein wenig milder mag, kann die Zwiebelringe durch
Apfelscheiben ersetzen.
