500 g Möhren
1 Zwiebel (50g)
750 g Schweinebauch
Salz
Pfeffer
3/4 l Brühe (Instant)
1 bn Majoran

Gemüse waschen, schälen und kleinschneiden. Zwiebel abziehen, würfeln,
Fleisch in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden, ohne Fett in einem Topf anbraten,
Zwiebelwürfel mitbräunen. Vorbereitetes Gemüse zugeben, würzen. Mit Brühe
ablöschen, ca. 30 Minuten kochen. Alles pikant abschmecken.
Mit Majoran garnieren.
