Griechische Zitronensuppe

Menge: 2 Portionen

1/2 l Kalbsbruehe
50 g Reis
1 Eigelb
1 tb saure Sahne
Saft einer halben Zitrone
2 Zitronenscheiben
1 ts gehackte Petersilie

Bruehe zum Kochen bringen und den Reis darin garen, bei Bedarf
nachwuerzen. Eigelb und Sahne verquirlen, langsam mit etwas heisser
Bruehe vermengen, in die Suppe geben und erhitzen, aber nicht mehr
kochen lassen. Zitronensaft hineinruehren, die Suppe auf Tassen
verteilen. Je eine Zitronenscheibe auflegen und ringsherum Petersilie
streuen.
