75 g Grünkern
1/4 l Gemüsebrühe
1 bn Frühlingszwiebeln
1 Kohlrabi (evtl. mehr)
30 g Butter
100 g TK-Erbsen
1 Möhre
1 bn Petersilie
3 tb saure Sahne
Salz
Pfeffer
Muskat

Grünkern mittelfein mahlen, mit Brühe ankochen und 10 Minuten
fortkochen.
Frühlingszwiebeln in feine Ringe, Kohlrabi in feine Stifte schneiden.
Butter erhitzen, Gemüse darin andünsten. Mit den Erbsen zur Brühe
geben und 10 Minuten fortkochen.
Möhre fein raspeln, Petersilie hacken, beides mit der Sahne zur
Suppe geben und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat abschmecken.
