Menge: 4 Portionen

375 g Hagebutten
1 Apfel
1 l Wasser
30 g Speisestärke
Zitronensaft
Zucker
1 ds Salz

Hagebutten waschen, von den Blüten befreien, halbieren, Kerne und
Härchen entfernen. Äpfel waschen und in Stücke schneiden. Hagebutten
und Äpfel mit Wasser ankochen und 60 bis 90 Minuten fortkochen.
Suppe passieren, wieder aufkochen und mit angerührter Speisestärke
binden. Mit Zitronensaft, Zucker und Salz abschmecken.
Einlage: Grieß- oder Schneeklößchen.
