Italienische Antipasti mit gegrilltem Kürbis

800 g Kuerbisfleisch; entkernt
Salz
Pfeffer
2 Knoblauchzehen
1/4 l Olivenoel
1 Rosmarinzweig
Oregano; nach Belieben
400 g Rote Paprika
2 tb Balsamessig
2 tb Olivenoel
100 g Schwarze Oliven
200 g Parmaschinken
100 g Mailaender Salami
Weissbrot; als Beilage


Das Kuerbisfleisch in laengliche Spalten schneiden, salzen und
pfeffern und auf eine mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen.

Die Knoblauchzehen abziehen, in das Olivenoel pressen, die
Rosmarinnadeln und Gewuerze dazugeben und die Kuerbisspalten mit dem
Wuerzoel bestreichen.

Die Paprikaschoten waschen, halbieren, entkernen und mit der
Aussenhaut nach oben auf das Blech legen.

Kuerbisspalten und Paprika im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 220GradC in etwa
25 Minuten grillen, bis der Kuerbis knusprig braun ist. Den Kuerbis
herausnehmen und die Paprikaschoten nochmals 10 Minuten bei 240GradC
in die Roehre geben, bis die Haut schwarz wird und zu platzen
beginnt. Die Paprika herausnehmen, etwas abkuehlen lassen und die
Haut abziehen.

Die Kuerbisspalten auf einer grossen Platte anrichten, mit Balsamessig
marinieren. Die Paprikahaelften ebenfalls in Spalten schneiden,
anrichten und mit dem Olivenoel betraeufeln.

Die Oliven, den Schinken und die Salami dazu dekorieren und mit
frischem Weissbrot servieren.
