200 g Moehren
20 g Butterschmalz
1 1/4 l Fleischbruehe (Instant)
1 pk TK gruene Bohnen (300g)
Salz
Pfeffer
200 g Leberkaese
2 tb Oel

Kartoffeln und Moehren waschen, schaelen und kleinschneiden. Im heissen Fett
anduensten. Bruehe zugiessen, alles ca. 20 Minuten garen. Ein Viertel vom
Gemuese herausnehmen, Rest in der Bruehe puerrieren. Bahnen zugeben,
10 Minuten kochen. Wuerzen, Gemuesestuecke zugeben. Leberkaese in Streifen
schneiden. Im heissen Oel anbraten, mit der Suppe anrichten. Nach Wunsch
mit Thymian garnieren.
