Kressesalat mit gefüllten Tomaten

Menge: 2 Portionen

3 Tomaten
1 Brunnenkresse
1 Schale Frischkäse
200 ml Sahne
Salz, Pfeffer
Frische Kräuter
Petersilie
Balsamico
Olivenöl

Die Tomaten vierteln, entkernen und rosettenförmig auf einem flachen
Teller auslegen.

Den Frischkäse mit gehackten Kräutern, Salz, Pfeffer und Sahne
verfeinern, mit einem Spritzbeutel in die angerichteten Tomatenecken
dressieren und mit jeweils einem Strauss Petersilie garnieren.

Einen Teil der gewaschenen Brunnenkresse in der Tellermitte
anrichten und mit einer Vinaigrette aus zwei Teilen Balsamico, einem
Teil Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer nappieren.
