750 g Kartoffeln
1 l Gemüsebrühe
1 bn Petersilie
1 bn Dill
100 g Schmand
Salz
Pfeffer
200 g Krabbenfleisch

Kartoffeln schälen, waschen, würfeln. In Gemüsebrühe 20 Minuten kochen.
Petersilie und Dill waschen, abtropfen lassen und von den Stengeln zupfen
(etwas Dill beiseite legen). In die Suppe geben und pürieren. Schmand
einrühren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Krabbenfleisch zum Schluß
zugeben. Mit Dill anrichten.
