1 Spur Salz

Ein Liter gute Milch wird schnell abgekocht, mit einem Stueck Zucker
und ein wenig Salz gewuert, mit zwei Eigelb und einer Tasse Rahm
gebunden und in die Schuessel gegossen. Runde, ausgestochene
Brotkrusten werden stark mit Zucker bestreut, mit gluehenderr
Schaufel glaciert und eigens auf einem Teller beigegeben. Nach
Belieben kann man mit Orangen, Zitronen, Vanille oder Zimt den
Geschmack erhoehen.
