400 g Moehren
1 Zwiebel
1 Stange Lauch
1 Bd. Liebstoeckel
2 tb Butter
2 Lorbeerblaetter
3 Nelken
3 tb Creme fraiche
;Salz
Zitronenpfeffer
4 tb Tee: Earl Grey Blue Flower
- z.B. von Messmer
1/3 l ;Wasser

Tee mit kochendem Wasser aufgiessen und 5 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Moehren und Zwiebeln schaelen und wuerfeln.
Lauch waschen, putzen und in duenne Ringe schneiden. Liebstoeckel
waschen, Blaettchen von den Stielen zupfen.
Fett erhitzen, Moehren, Zwiebel, Lauch und Liebstoeckelstiele darin
anschwitzen. Mit Tee abloeschen.
Lorbeerblaetter und Nelken zufuegen und ca. 15 Minuten kochen lassen.
Lorbeerblaetter und Nelken entfernen und das Gemuese mit dem
Schneidstab des Handruehrgeraetes puerieren.
Creme fraiche einruehren und die Suppe mit Salz und Zitronenpfeffer
abschmecken. Mit Liebstoeckelblaettchen servieren.
