500 g Kartoffeln
250 g Möhren
1 l Hühnerbrühe
150 g saure Sahne
Salz
Pfeffer
gemahlener Koriander
Ingwer
2 tb Mandelblättchen
1 bn Koriander (oder Kerbel)

Kartoffeln und Möhren schälen, waschen, kleinschneiden. In Hühnerbrühe
20 Minuten kochen. Mit dem Schneidestab vom Handrührgerät pürieren, saure
Sahne einrühren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, gemahlenem Koriander und Ingwer
abschmecken.

Mandelblättchen in einer beschichteten Pfanne ohne Fett rösten. Mit
gehacktem Koriander oder Kerbel in die Suppe geben.
