Möhrensuppe mit Sesam

250 g Möhren
Sesamöl
gut 1/4 l Gemüsebrühe
-(instant)
Salz
Pfeffer
1 Msp. Kurkumapulver oder
-Safran
250 g Joghurt
30 g Sesamkörner.

Vorbereitete Möhren mit dem Schnitzelwerk fein raspeln. Öl im Topf
auf 2 oder Automatik-Kochstelle 4 - 5 erhitzen, Möhren unter Rühren
5 Min. andünsten. Mit Gemüsebrühe ablöschen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer,
Kurkuma oder Safran würzen. Aufkochen, den Joghurt mit einem
Schneebesen einrühren und 5 - 6 Min. auf 1/2 oder
Automatik-Kochstelle 1 - 2 die Suppe garziehen lassen, gut
abschmecken. In einer trockenen Pfanne Sesam goldbraun rösten.
Suppe in vorgewärmte Suppentassen füllen, mit Sesam bestreuen.
