1 Zwiebel
1 tb Pflanzenöl
1 ct tiefgefrorener Rosenkohl
-(300g)
500 ml Fleischbrühe
20 g Butter oder Margarine
1 geh. El Mehl
Muskat
Pfeffer aus der Mühle
Salz
4 tb süße Sahne
4 Wachteleier zum Garnieren

1. Geschälte Zwiebeln fein würfeln und in heißem Pflanzenöl glasig dünsten.

2. Gefrorenen Rosenkohl und Brühe zugeben. Aufkochen und 20 min. garen.
Mit dem Pürierstab oder im Elektromixer pürieren.

3. Fett und Mehl verkneten. Suppe aufkochen, Mehlbutter einrühren,
aufkochen und 2-3 min. leicht kochen. Mit Muskat, Pfeffer, Salz und Sahne
abschmecken.

4. Mit halbierten Wachteleiern garniert servieren.
