1 kg Sauerkohl
2.5 Liter Wasser,
500 g Schweinebauch,
Salz
1 tb Mehl
evtl. 1 El. saurer Schmand.

Kohl und Fleisch setzt man zum Kochen auf. Ist alles gar, kippt man das
Mehl mit saurem Schmand oder Wasser verruehrt hinzu, kocht nochmal auf und
schmeckt ab. Das Fleisch wird, wenn es weich ist, in Wuerfel geschnitten
und wieder in die Suppe getan.
