3 Frühlingszwiebeln
200 g Sonnenblumenkerne, geschält
1 l Gemüsebrühe
; Dillzweige
; Meersalz
; Pfeffer schwarz, frisch

Frühlingszwiebeln in dünne Scheiben schneiden und zusammen mit den
Sonnenblumenkernen und der Gemüsebrühe in einen Topf geben.
Suppe aufkochen lassen und anschließen etwa eine halbe Stunde lang
köcheln Einen Teil Dill kleingeschnitten hineingeben, Suppe mit Salz
und frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer abschmecken.
Mit Dillzweigen garniert servieren.
