Suppe auf Hajdusager Art

Menge: 4 Portionen

1 lg Eisbein
50 g durchwachsener Speck
50 g geräucherte Wurst
1 tb Zwiebel ; gerieben
1 ts Paprika
Salz
Pfeffer
250 g Kartoffeln
1 Knoblauchzehe

Das Eisbein wird im Schnellkochtopf weichgekocht. Es wird vom Knochen
gelöst und in Würfel geschnitten. Der Speck wird würflig geschnitten,
gebraten und die Kartoffelwürfel darin gebräunt. Wenn sie beginnen weich zu
werder, schneidet man die Wurst in Scheiben hinein und gibt das
Eisbeinfleisch hinzu. Es wird heiß serviert.
