Tapas: Tomaten mit Thunfischfüllung

24 Kirschtomaten; o. kl.
- Kanarische
1 cn Thunfisch in Öl
2 Schalotten
1 tb Butter
1 bn glatte Petersilie
1 tb Mayonnaise, z.B. MaillÃ©
1 ts Sherry (fino), evtl. mehr
Salz, Pfeffer

Tomaten waschen und an der glatten Seite einen Deckel abschneiden. Mit einem
kleinen Löffel aushöhlen. Thunfisch abtropfen lassen. Schalotten fein
hacken, in Butter weichdünsten. Mit dem Thunfisch im Mixer pürieren.
Petersilie fein hacken, mit Mayonnaise und Sherry unter die Masse
mischen. Salzen, kräftig pfeffern, in die Tomaten füllen. Die Deckel
daraufsetzen.
