Tomaten mit Mozzarella und Basilikum

Menge: 4 Portionen

500 g Tomaten
2 Paket Mozzarella a 150 g
2 Bd. Basilikum
Salz
Pfeffer adM.
1 ts Oregano (getrocknet)
2 tb Weissweinessig
4 tb Olivenoel

1. Tomaten waschen, die Stielansaetze herausschneiden. Tomaten und
Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden.

2. Basilikumblaetter von den Stielen zupfen, Tomaten und Kaese
dachzigelartig auf einer Platte anrichten.

3. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Oregano wuerzen. Mit Basilikum belegen.
Essig und Oel daruebertraeufeln und servieren.
