Versteckter Mozzarella

Menge: 6 Portionen

2 Mozzarellakäse (je 150 g)
2 Eier (Größe M)
150 ml Milch
24 dünne Scheiben Baguette
4 Sardellenfilets
Salz
schwarzer Pfeffer
Paniermehl
80 g Butterschmalz
FrisÃ©esalat

Käse in je sechs Scheiben schneiden. Eier mit Milch verquirlen und
Brotscheiben darin tränken. Sardellenfilets hacken.
Jeweils eine Mozzarellascheibe auf eine Baguettescheibe legen, mit
Salz und Pfeffer würzen und mit Sardellen bestreuen.
Restliche Brotscheiben darauflegen und andrücken. Brotscheiben in
Paniermehl wenden, Panade andrücken. Butterschmalz erhitzen und die
Schnitten von beiden Seiten darin braten. Jeweils zwei Scheiben auf
einem Teller anrichten und mit FrisÃ©esalat garniert servieren.
