(z.B. Pfifferlinge,
-Steinpilze oder Cham
20 g Butter oder Margarine
Salz
Pfeffer
1/2 ts Thymianblätter, frische
2 Schlagsahne (geschlagen)
1 Petersilie (gehackt)

Den Beutelinhalt in 1/2 l kaltes Wasser einrühren, auf 3 oder
Automatik-Kochstelle 12 aufkochen und 3 Min. unter Rühren auf 0 kochen
lassen. Mit Portwein abschmecken.

Pilze putzen und vierteln. Im heißen Fett auf 3 oder Automatik-
Kochstelle 12 braten. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Thymian kräftig würzen.

Sahne unter die Suppe ziehen, auf 4 Tassen oder Teller verteilen, mit
den Pilzen und der Petersilie bestreut servieren.
