2 Scheiben Räucherlachs
30 Gramm Meerrettichfrischkäse
50 Gramm Salatgurke
ein paar Holzspieße

Außerdem:
etwas Frischhaltefolie

Bestreichen Sie 4 Scheiben Räucherlachs (etwa 160 Gramm) gleichmäßig mit
60 Gramm Meerrettichfrischkäse. Dann rollen Sie die Scheiben von der kurzen
Seite her auf. Danach wickeln Sie sie fest in die Frischhaltefolie ein und drehen
die Enden zusammen. Nun stellen Sie die Kamelle etwa 30 Minuten im
Kühlschrank kalt. Nach der Ruhezeit spülen Sie 50 Gramm Salatgurke kalt
ab und vierteln sie längs. Dann schneiden Sie sie in je 6 Scheiben. Die
Lachsröllchen wickeln Sie jetzt aus und schneiden sie mit einem scharfen
Messer in je 3 Scheiben. Zum Schluss stecken Sie erst ein Gurkendreieck,
dann ein Lachsröllchen und wieder ein Gurkendreieck auf Holzspieße.
